I need to make a change to my order

No worries, if your order has not been shipped yet we are more than happy to assist. Whether it be a change of address or adding an additional item to the order. Some order changes may be subject to additional charges if there is an increase in shipping cost.

Why is my order taking so long?

We are a Canadian based store and any orders shipped to the United States or internationally depending on selected shipping will typically take about 1-3 business weeks from the time of your shipment confirmation.

How long do pre-order items take?

They can take between 2-4 business weeks depending on product, any order containing pre-order items will be subject to this delay.

Tracking says the package is delivered but I did not receive my order

Please wait 1-2 days to confirm any delay that may have occured with the shipping company. Should you not receive anything after that time frame please reach out to us and we will assist in locating your package. This is only applicable to packages that are shipped with tracking. Lettermail are subject case by case should you not receive anything 30 days after shipping confirmation.

My order came damaged, what can you do about this?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order # and pictures of the damage. If it was deemed that damage was cause by shipping we will contact the company and process a reimbursement to which we can issue you a replacement of the damaged goods.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds and orders are final sales. Please ensure your order is correct before placing an order.

Some changes can be made to order on a case by case basis. Please inquire regarding any concerns.
